Changed your mind?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible, products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

To begin the return process, please email our team at info@harvelalondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you the necessary return instructions.

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Returns are subject to our full [Terms of Service].

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If after 7 days you have not received your refund, please first check with your payment provider. If there are still issues, contact us at info@harvelalondon.com.

Note: Returned items must be in new condition. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for another size or style, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags. Exchanges are processed as new orders and are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at info@harvelalondon.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will prioritise replacements or refunds accordingly.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order before shipment, email us as soon as possible at info@harvelalondon.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned once received.

Please note: Refused or uncollected parcels may incur a £15 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
