Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time for the United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated delivery time for all other destinations: 5 to 11 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can use this number to track your parcel via our tracking page. Please ensure your email address is accurate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it upon delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
